Sole proprietor or Partnership

Tomorrow is the day where start my first paper for my last exam in my University period. After having study for so long time to relax and do some sharing in here. What i am to share here today between sole proprietor and partnership. Well, we do have some memory back in school when we study the comparativeness of this 2 meaning.

The truth is those meaning back in school are totally useless in business world. Why i say that? When you are about to start-up some business you first on your mind is you want to do it alone or with someone with you.

This is very important. Especially when you looking for long-term operation. Being a one man shot is great, able to do thing yourself, being a one man boss but you got to know are you capable to handle all those stuff by yourself. Do you have the skills? That is why there are partnership in business.

Partnership business is not that good either. Not able to get all the profit. If there too little job to do. Job delegation is unbalance. Having disagreement and stuff.

So is all depend on how big your business is. If you think your business able to expand that big than having a lot partner is a good thing. However, my opinion is always depend on the character, type and finance of the business you involving.
